Product Introduction
The Modular Method is a technology for repairing or replacing damaged sewer pipelines through prefabricated standardized modular components. Modular components (such as pipeline segments and interface parts) are prefabricated in factories, requiring only on-site assembly, which significantly shortens the construction period of traditional excavation repair (reducing construction time by over 50%). It is suitable for emergency leakage, collapse and other scenarios, quickly restoring pipeline functions and minimizing the impact of water and gas outages on urban operations.

Modular components can be customized to different diameters (e.g., DN200-DN2000), curvatures, or materials (e.g., stainless steel, HDPE) to adapt to various pipeline cross-sections such as circular and rectangular, and even repair irregular damages (e.g., local cracks, corroded holes). Made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials (e.g., ductile iron, glass fiber reinforced plastic), they can withstand long-term damage from sewage corrosion and soil stress, extending the service life of repaired pipelines by 20-30 years. Monitoring modules (e.g., pressure sensors, flow monitors) can be installed simultaneously during repair to achieve real-time monitoring of pipeline conditions, early warning of potential risks, and reduction of post-maintenance cost.
